ASSISTANT PRODUCT DEVELOPER

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from development to delivery—working closely with our Design, Production, and Marketing teams. You’ll ensure timelines are met, samples are meticulously managed, and our high standards of quality and creativity are upheld every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Development Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Product team
  • Upload and maintain product data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Keep accurate records of lab dips, strike-offs, tech pack submissions, and approvals
  • Maintain internal design archives, including fabric and sample libraries.

Technical Development

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of garment and graphic tech packs
  • Complete CAD drawings and technical specifications with precision
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers to support timely development and approvals
  • Attend range reviews and fit sessions, document updates, and follow through on all action points
  • Support with market research and trend analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Support the sourcing of trims, fabrics, and materials that align with design intent and cost targets

Sample & Photoshoot Coordination

  • Track and maintain sample progress in line with the critical path.
  • Coordinate all logistics for product and marketing samples, including packing, shipping, tracking, and returns
  • Ensure all samples are clearly labeled, photographed, and stored systematically
  • Partner with Marketing to provide accurate product information and support seasonal photoshoot preparation

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design features, materials, and performance criteria
  • Coordinate prototype development, testing, and refinement based on customer and internal feedback
  • Ensure all product development complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within fashion, product development, or production
  • A strong passion for fashion, design, and delivering high-quality products
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator; confident working with tech packs and CAD files
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a creative and driven team

SENIOR DESIGNER - WOMENSWEAR

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process—from seasonal concept creation through to bulk production—ensuring all products are aligned with the Ena Pelly brand DNA, customer needs, and commercial objectives. You will also play a key role in mentoring the design team and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development & Execution

  • Lead the design and development of seasonal main range ready to wear collections and exclusive capsule ranges aligned with brand strategy, growth targets, and critical timelines.
  • Conduct and present trend, fabric, and market research to inspire new ideas and maintain a strong design archive.
  • Create cohesive seasonal collections that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and resonate with our customer.
  • Ensure trims, colour palettes, and design details work harmoniously across the range.
  • Produce high-quality sketches, CADs, and specifications that clearly communicate design intent.
  • Present collections for internal review and feedback; refine ranges accordingly.

Product Development & Production

  • Own the design process from ideation through to tech pack creation and development.
  • Ensure all designs meet commercial fit standards, margin targets, and are delivered on time.
  • Prepare technical packs including construction guidelines, artwork files, and colour lab dip requests.
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers to ensure timely development of prototypes, lab dips, artwork strike-offs, and SMS.
  • Review and comment on samples (proto, SMS, pre-production, shipment) within designated windows.
  • Attend and contribute to fit sessions and range sign-offs, taking detailed notes and actions.

Category Expansion & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for category growth and range extensions.
  • Utilise sales data and market insights to inform design and product decisions.
  • Ensure the product offering is innovative, high quality, and commercially viable.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure cohesive product execution across categories and monthly drops.

Leadership

  • Mentor and guide the Assistant Product Developer.
  • Provide clear direction on design intent, fit, construction, and product execution.

About You:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar senior design or technical garment role.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabrications.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end design processes across multiple categories.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with offshore suppliers and navigating production timelines.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Passionate about design, sustainability, and delivering a premium customer experience.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic & Textile Designer to lead the creation of innovative, high-quality graphic and textile designs that align with our brand DNA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in trend forecasting, seasonal design development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver market-ready collections that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic & Textile Design

  • Design original graphics, prints, and yardage artworks across multiple product categories.
  • Develop artwork tech packs and oversee the technical execution of designs in collaboration with the production team.
  • Build and maintain a graphics artwork bank for internal use.

Trend Forecasting

  • Research and present seasonal trend direction, including colour, print, and outfitting concepts.
  • Develop big ideas and translate trends into commercially viable products.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to establish key growth categories and fast-to-market styles.

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align designs with brand objectives.

The Role:

The casual sales assistant is to excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.  As a sales assistant you will be operationally savvy and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service 

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance
  • Answer customers questions about products, service and policies
  • Assist customers in locating items and making purchases
  • Process sales transactions accurately and effectively 
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, contribute to customer database

Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment 
  • Restock shelves and displays with merchandise

Sales
