ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for energetic, customer loving and style obsessed Retail Assistants to join our Geelong and Torquay team!
We’re looking for one permanent part-time team member at each location, working around 15–20 hours per week, as well as one casual team member for each store. Days and hours for the part-time roles can be discussed with the successful applicants.
From delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find pieces they feel amazing in, to maintaining beautiful boutique presentation and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, you will be an important part of the store success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Delivering a warm, elevated and personalised customer experience
• Providing styling support and product advice to help customers find pieces they love
• Driving sales through genuine customer connection and product recommendations
• Maintaining premium store presentation, visual merchandising and replenishment standards
• Assisting with stock management, including unpacking deliveries and organising back-of-house areas
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Building strong customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty and repeat visits
• Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive, energetic and high-performing store environment and the ability to work autonomously
• Supporting in-store campaigns, promotions and new arrivals
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store as directed by the Store Manager
ABOUT YOU
You are confident Retail Assistant, passionate about customer experience and have a natural sense of style. You love connecting with people, enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.
You take pride in delivering exceptional service and helping create a boutique experience that feels welcoming and inspiring. Reliable, adaptable and hands-on, you are comfortable supporting all areas of the boutique and contributing to the day-to-day success of the team.
Positive vibes are a big part of who we are, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely aligns with that energy.
A strong work ethic, team-first mindset, sharp eye for detail and a love of fashion and customer connection will all set you up for success in this role.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within a fashion boutique
• A genuine passion for customer service, fashion and styling
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of customers
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a supportive, high-energy store environment, as well as working autonomously when required
• Confidence in assisting with sales and providing thoughtful product recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining boutique presentation and visual standards
• The ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a busy retail setting
• Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to support the needs of the business, including weekends and peak trading periods
