ECOMMERCE & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Join Ena Pelly, a dynamic Australian fashion label dedicated to timeless design and quality craftsmanship. We’re seeking a talented and proactive E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Planning
- Optimise website merchandising to maximise stock return.
- Analyse Shopify data (sessions, conversion rates, search terms, AOV, and customer behaviour).
- Upload banners and creative assets for homepages, PLP, and PDP pages.
- Collaborate with agencies to enhance user experience (UX) and site performance.
- Identify opportunities by comparing performance to LY and market trends.
- Drive improvements in conversion rates, sessions-to-cart, AOV, and engagement.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication for stock uploads.
E-Commerce Administration
- Maintain accurate product information, links, promotions, and assets on the website.
- Oversee “Coming Soon” and “Notify Me” functions and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Manage product information, alt text, tags, and SOH updates.
- Oversee product launches using Launchpad and manage integrations like Wishlist and Back in Stock.
- Handle wholesale product updates and app management.
Website & Operations
- Manage web development and Shopify operations.
- Handle Click and Collect, order management, and page updates (e.g., T&Cs).
- Ensure seamless international sales via Global-E and logistics with Aus Post and DHL.
Promotions & Programs
- Execute discounts, promotions, gift cards, and giveaways.
- Manage the loyalty program and Wishlist functionality.
- Implement and monitor product updates for campaigns and promotions.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support influencer management strategies.
- Assist with marketing coordination and activities.
- Manage brand partnerships and the EP blog.
- Assist with campaigns and photoshoots as required.
- Assist with PR agency and responsibilities as required.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fashion label.
- Proficient in Shopify with strong computer literacy and adaptability.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead branded content creation, UX design, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Branded Content Creation and Design
- Ensure design consistency across all branded content, including website, EDMs, social media, in-store materials, paid ads, billboards, and print collateral.
- Use insights from sales and engagement reports to improve creative assets.
- Manage the end-to-end production of quarterly lookbooks and deliver fortnightly retail visual merchandising directives.
- Produce weekly digital assets aligned with the brand’s DNA for omni-channel marketing platforms.
- Develop new themes and concepts for promotions and execute within specified time frames.
Branding Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive branding guidelines for internal and external activities.
- Create innovative packaging designs to enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure brand identity consistency across campaigns, EDMs, website updates, retail, social media, billboards, and more.
- Deliver assets for new brand extensions, PR events, and marketing initiatives.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve packaging, campaigns, and UX design.
Website UX Design
- Manage timelines for website updates and ensure functional and aesthetically aligned designs.
- Oversee design and UX for product launches and campaigns across all markets.
- Conduct regular conversion testing in collaboration with a Digital Agency.
- Adapt assets for campaign modifications, including colour correction and retouching.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
Digital Ad Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure ROAS targets are met.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging visuals for ad campaigns.
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices.
EDMs & Email Marketing
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation through Klaviyo.
- Optimise email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Analyse email performance and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fashion or retail environment.
- Expertise in graphic design software, paid advertising, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and digital marketing tools.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic & Textile Designer to lead the creation of innovative, high-quality graphic and textile designs that align with our brand DNA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in trend forecasting, seasonal design development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver market-ready collections that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic & Textile Design:
- Design original graphics, prints, and yardage artworks across multiple product categories.
- Develop artwork tech packs and oversee the technical execution of designs in collaboration with the production team.
- Build and maintain a graphics artwork bank for internal use.
- Trend Forecasting:
- Research and present seasonal trend direction, including colour, print, and outfitting concepts.
- Develop big ideas and translate trends into commercially viable products.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to establish key growth categories and fast-to-market styles.
- Collaboration & Development:

GARMENT TECHNICIAN / TECHNICAL DESIGNER
As a Garment Technician, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our brand’s reputation for premium fit and finish.
The Opportunity
As the Garment Technician, you will partner with the designers on executing their creative vision while ensuring that each garment meets Ena Pelly’s high standards for fit, construction, detail, and workmanship. Working closely with the team, you’ll help bring seasonal collections to life and implement initiatives such as managing blocks, refining grading systems, and leading a brand-wide fit review project.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed tech packs for initial styles, ensuring the Designer’s direction for styling, fit, and workmanship is achieved.
- Manage and maintain garment blocks and size grading across all product categories, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Lead and support fit sessions, providing technical advice to ensure optimal use of time and resources while maintaining standards.
- Accurately measure garments and provide detailed fit comments, guiding suppliers to progress samples to the next stage.
- Ensure all fit, key measurements, workmanship, and grading meet company standards.
- Oversee the umbrella of quality control, quality assurance, and care instructions, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Liaise with suppliers on all quality, testing, construction, and fit matters to guarantee production standards.
- Nominate appropriate care labels and fabric testing requirements for easy customer care and garment longevity.
- Assist in managing production schedules by regularly updating dispatch and fit deadlines, fabric approvals, and trims status.
- Coordinate style arrivals and update fit schedules before fit sessions.
- Lead a comprehensive fit review project to standardize sizing across the brand.
Core Competencies
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role, working in a fast-paced retail or fashion environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, grading systems, and fit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with offshore production.
- Sound knowledge of garment specifications, quality assurance, and size grading.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
