DIGITAL DESIGNER/ ART DIRECTOR

We are seeking an inspired Digital Designer / Art Director to join Ena Pelly. This role will be responsible for guiding the creative direction of all D2C campaign, retail related creative and packaging. Working with our marketing team and the creative Director, it is important you have great communication skills, are willing to learn and have a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative concepts for all collaborations and mainline campaigns to time and within budget 
  • Remain at the forefront of creative innovation and driving first and best in market creative concepts.
  • Develop cohesive, fresh and on-brand eCommerce imagery and motion that aligns with the brand DNA
  • Ensure our brand values and DNA remain consistent across all DC2 executions.
  • Manage and direct all areas of campaign photoshoots from conception to campaign roll out 
  • Pioneer consistency in the design of all branded content across all owned channels platforms, including but not limited to the website, EDMs, social, in store, paid ads, billboards, print collateral, and experiential.
  • Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of the quarterly lookbooks, a key sales tool for the business. 
  • Always uphold our brand identity.
  • Lead branding by ensuring the correct use of all brand identity guidelines achieving overall consistency for each campaign / EDM / website update / retail / socials / billboards / printed collateral / and paid ads.
  • Manage the on-going design aspect of the website, ensuring UX design requests meet brand DNA for a seamless user experience.
  • Colour correct and retouch both campaign and eCommerce imagery if required. 

Core Competencies:

  • Graphic design and digital design qualifications preferred.
  • Marketing background preferred.
  • 3+ years digital design experience.
  • Fashion industry experience.
  • Experience with MS office suite, Google suits, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, In Design, Figma), UX essential, Shopify, Klayvio and Capture one.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Gifs / Motion graphic creation.
  • Video editing.
  • Photo editing, re-touching and colour correction.
  • Basic understanding of HTML would be an advantage.
  • Basic UX / UI design knowledge.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to retain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Outgoing, determined, and accountable.
  • Possess a strategic and commercial mind-set.
  • Good understanding of digital platforms and retail.

RETAIL ASSISTANT - CASUAL

We are seeking casual retail staff to join Ena Pelly.This role will be responsible for sales and supporting the store manager at our Geelong boutique. It is important you are willing to learn, have great communication skills, and are customer focused to be successful within this role.
