ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Ena Pelly currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Graphics & Textile Designer to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based in our beautiful modern office at the Federal Mills in North Geelong, offering a creative, collaborative and inspiring team environment.

Helping shape and elevate the graphic and textile direction across Ena Pelly collections, the Senior Graphics & Textile Designer is responsible for identifying globally relevant, commercially viable, and brand-aligned graphic and textile trends, and translating these into original artwork across Ena Pelly collections.

This role acts as a custodian of the Ena Pelly Creative Manifesto and Brand Archetype, ensuring all graphic and textile outcomes reflect the brand’s evolving identity, customer profile, and seasonal direction.

Working closely with the Product, Design, Creative, and Production teams, the successful candidate will play a key part in delivering compelling, market-ready collections across both Wholesale and D2C channels.
The role requires a strong commercial eye, trend awareness, technical capability, and the ability to balance creativity with executional precision in a fast-paced fashion environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Designing and developing original, brand-aligned graphic artwork and textile yardages across apparel, outerwear, fleece, denim, sport and accessories.
• Creating production-ready artwork files, technical packs, placement specifications, repeat layouts and colour separation files in line with supplier requirements.
• Developing seasonal graphic concepts that align with the collection narrative, colour palette, styling direction and Ena Pelly brand identity.
• Reviewing and evolving best-selling graphics through recolouring, refinement and updated design executions.
• Maintaining an organised graphics archive and artwork library to support future seasonal development.
• Managing artwork files, approvals and revisions accurately across internal systems and workflows.
• Researching global fashion, textile, streetwear, sport, lifestyle and cultural trends to identify commercially relevant design opportunities.
• Contributing to seasonal moodboards, colour palettes, graphic direction and concept presentations.
• Collaborating with the Creative Director, Senior Designer and broader Product team on seasonal trend direction and collection storytelling.
• Working closely with Product Development, Garment Tech, Merchandise Planning, Production, Marketing, Creative teams and external suppliers to ensure graphics are commercially viable, technically executable and aligned across all channels.
• Participating in key product and design meetings, including seasonal range reviews, design handovers, SMS reviews, bulk production approvals and final range sign-off meetings.
• Supporting alignment between product design, marketing, retail and eCommerce storytelling to ensure graphics translate effectively across campaigns, social content, wholesale decks and retail environments.
• Researching emerging graphic applications, print techniques, washes, embellishments and fabric treatments to keep the brand’s graphic and textile direction fresh and relevant.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• 5+ years’ experience in Graphic Design / Textile Design within fashion or lifestyle industries
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator & Photoshop essential)
• Strong understanding of garment decoration techniques and production methods
• Excellent typography, layout, colour, and composition skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• To be a commercially minded with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and market trends
• Passion for fashion, street style, sport culture, graphics, and storytelling
• A proactive, adaptable and can-do approach, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ena Pelly is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our team.

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, role is based in our beautiful modern office at Federal Mills in North Geelong, offering a creative, collaborative and inspiring team environment.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of brand and campaign activity across key channels, supporting brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance.

This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity for a digital marketing professional who can confidently balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced and hands on fashion environment.

The successful candidate will oversee activity across campaigns, digital, website, content, EDMs, paid advertising, AI integration and reporting, ensuring the Ena Pelly brand is brought to life in a consistent, engaging and commercially effective way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Leading the strategic planning and execution of marketing activity across campaigns, promotions, seasonal drops and brand launches.
• Managing, mentoring and developing a team of three members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative marketing environment.
• Overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring all activity is executed on time, on brand and in line with business priorities.
• Manage and coordinate external agency partners across Digital, PR and Creative to support the effective delivery of brand and campaign activity.
• Partnering closely with the E-Commerce Manager to oversee website and online trading activity, ensuring e-commerce initiatives align with wider marketing and brand objectives.
• Providing oversight and direction across digital marketing channels, including social media, EDMs and paid activity, with execution supported across the broader team.
• Using reporting, customer insights, competitor analysis and market trends to shape future marketing strategy and improve overall performance.
• Identifying and embedding opportunities to leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency, support content creation and enhance campaign delivery.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, engaging and commercially effective brand activity across all touchpoints, including the retail stores.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, customer loving and style obsessed Sale Assistant to join our team!

This is a permanent part-time opportunity of approximately 20 hours per week. While there is flexibility across days and hours for the successful applicant, availability on Wednesdays and weekends is essential.

Based in our beautiful Armadale boutique, you will play a key role in bringing the Ena Pelly brand to life for every customer, every day.

From delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find pieces they feel amazing in, to maintaining beautiful boutique presentation and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, you will be an important part of the store success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Delivering a warm, elevated and personalised customer experience
  • Providing styling support and product advice to help customers find pieces they love
  • Driving sales through genuine customer connection and product recommendations
  • Maintaining premium store presentation, visual merchandising and replenishment standards
  • Assisting with stock management, including unpacking deliveries and organising back-of-house areas
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Building strong customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty and repeat visits
  • Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive, energetic and high-performing store environment and the ability to work autonomously
  • Supporting in-store campaigns, promotions and new arrivals
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store as directed by the Store Manager

  • The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a supportive, high-energy store environment, as well as working autonomously when required
  • Confidence in assisting with sales and providing thoughtful product recommendations

  • Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to support the needs of the business, including weekends and peak trading periods
