You’ll earn points as you shop, and for other actions that you can redeem for a discount on your next purchase.

As you move through the tiers, you’ll unlock extra rewards such as free shipping, higher birthday and anniversary points and early access to collections.

No, if you already have an account and have made a purchase with us in the last 2 years, just sign in. Your EP World profile will be linked to your existing account.

Head to the EP World page and then log in. That’s where you’ll see your points balance, tier status and rewards history.

Points start from the moment you join EP World. Purchases made before you created your account won’t be added retroactively.

You can earn points in a few ways:

• $1 = 1 point (points per purchase)
• 50 points when you sign up to SMS
• 10 points when you follow us on Instagram
• 10 points when you like an Instagram post
• 10 points when you follow us on TikTok
• 10 points when you share on Facebook

You’ll also receive tier-based entry points as well as birthday and anniversary points once you qualify.

EP World points are earned through both online and in-store purchases. When in-store, before you complete your purchase - ensure you give our boutique staff the email address linked to your EP World account so they can record it against your account.

Points are redeemable at checkout. Make sure you’re signed in, then apply your available reward at checkout.

Your points convert into dollars off like this:

• 250 points = $25 reward
• 500 points = $50 reward
• 750 points = $75 reward
• 1000 points = $100 reward

Points expire 90 days after they are earned.

If you earn points on a purchase that’s returned, those points will be removed from your account.

If you redeem points for a reward on a returned order, the redeemed points will be credited back to your account.

Once you’re in EP World, your birthday reward will be available based on your tier.

Make sure you’re signed in and have entered your birthday so the reward can be added to your account.

Your birthday reward will be added to your account 7 days leading up to your birthday.

Your tier is based on your total spend:

• Member: $0 to $479
• Insider: $480 to $799
• Muse: $800 to $1,279
• Icon: From $1,280

As soon as you qualify, your tier benefits will be revealed and apply automatically.

Navigate to EP World and sign in. Your current tier will be shown on the landing page.

Your tier is based on your rolling yearly spend and updates as you shop.

If you’re close to the next tier, you’ll see your progress in EP World when you’re signed in.

Keep shopping while signed in.

Once your spend reaches the next tier threshold, you’ll move up automatically and your new benefits will unlock.

Free shipping is applied automatically once you qualify for a tier that includes it:

• Insider: free domestic shipping on orders $50+
• Muse: free express shipping on orders $50+
• Icon: free express shipping on all orders
