Yes, international customers are welcome to join EP World. Please note, that all tier thresholds and rewards are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Your tier is based on how much you spend within 12 months. As you spend more, your access expands.
Tier 1: $0 to $999 Tier 2: $1,000 to $2,999 Tier 3: $3,000 to $4,999 Tier 4: From $5,000
Values are calculated in Australian dollars
To maintain your tier, spend at least half the qualifying amount in the 12 months after your upgrade.
This is the date that marks the anniversary of a tier change.
You’ll receive value-based rewards at key milestones like your birthday or loyalty anniversary, plus limited seasonal perks.
You will receive your birthday reward 7 days prior to your birthday

Rewards can be redeemed on full priced products online and in boutique. They won’t cover shipping, returns, or gift cards. Rewards cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer.
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to apply rewards retrospectively. Please make sure to redeem your reward before completing your purchase.
Yes, although you’ll be refunded the paid portion only. The reward won’t be reissued.
