We've been listening to your feedback and are taking some time to create a new rewards experience that better reflects what our customers value most.

To make way for what's next, we'll be pausing our current loyalty program while we build an improved version.

We're excited to bring you a more rewarding experience and can't wait to share it with you soon.

Any existing rewards currently available in your account will be re-issued as a unique reward code. These codes can be applied to full price orders at checkout online or in-store and will remain valid for 60 days from the date they're issued. We encourage you to redeem your reward before it expires.

We're redesigning our tier structure to make it more achievable and rewarding for our community. Your new tier will include all spending from the previous 12 months at the date of our relaunch. All purchases made while we refresh the program will be included toward your tier at the launch date.

No. All existing loyalty members will automatically transition into the new program.

If you currently have an active birthday reward, it will be re-issued as a unique reward code and will remain valid for 60 days from the date it's issued.

During the loyalty program pause, birthday rewards will not be issued. However, if your birthday falls during this period, you'll receive your birthday reward when the new loyalty program launches.

We're currently planning to relaunch in September 2026. We'll keep our community updated and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.
