What is your go-to outfit or style of dressing now that we’re heading into the cooler months?
I love being comfortable. There is nothing I hate more than being cold. My favourite winter vibe is a nice pant, like denim or even leather, paired with a simple top and an oversized coat.
What’s on your current wardrobe wishlist?
I currently LOVE the white Mini Jodie Bag from Bottega!
Did you have a favourite look or piece from the shoot?
After our shoot, I am desperate for the Lana Wool Coat in Birch and I also loved the Core Relaxed Leather Pant.
Do you have any memories of when we first worked together many years ago, and how did it feel collaborating again this time around?
I think we realised it was around 8+ years ago! I remember it being a really cold day and I was so warm and cosy on set. I was very kindly gifted a Minimalist Faux Fur Jacket on that shoot and I still have it in my wardrobe to this day! The shoot this time around was even better. Everyone on set had such a great vibe. We listened to music, danced, ate lollies and had good laughs the whole afternoon. The Ena team are super fun, easy going and kind so it hardly felt like work!
How do you incorporate sustainability or conscious consumption principles when it comes to fashion?
I try to buy mindfully by looking at my wardrobe and thinking about what I *need* rather than just buying for the sake of it is something I try to stick to. I also like to invest in pieces that I know I can style up or down and wear for more than one season. A good coat can live in your wardrobe for years!
What do you love most about Melbourne? Any favourite spots we should know about?
SInce I live on the Mornington Peninsula I am a little biased but I highly recommend visiting Sorrento if you have never been. There are so many great restaurants, cafes and wineries. If you do happen to stop by, a visit to my husband’s family business, Hotel Sorrento needs to be high on the to-do list!
