Bad quality

I paid $370 NZD for this coat which includes shipping to New Zealand. The buttons are going to fall off any moment and the colour is actually off-white and not white. You expect quality when you pay a lot of money for a coat like this. I'm disappointed as I cannot send it back. Please don't dispatch coats with loose buttons and expect customers to be ok with it!

Beautiful thick fabric, true to size, perfect length. I love this coat and always receive compliments every time I wear it. It's firm but very comfortable. Perfect for the cold, cold winter we're having in Adelaide.
I had an issue with the buttons falling off very soon after I purchased it, but EP were happy to cover the cost of me having this fixed by a professional.
